Refund policy
No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the products sold on the R92 site being dietary supplements, no right of withdrawal can be exercised after the order has been validated.
For reasons of hygiene, health safety, and consumer protection, no returns or refunds are accepted once the order is confirmed and shipped.
All sales are considered final.
We invite our customers to carefully check the contents of their order before proceeding to payment.
Exceptions – Damaged products or order errors
Despite the care taken in preparing and shipping orders, incidents may exceptionally occur.
A refund or a return may be considered only in the following cases:

In these situations, the customer must:

Contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order

Provide clear photos of the package and/or the product in question

Any request made beyond this 48-hour period unfortunately cannot be taken into account.
Claim procedure
For any eligible claim, the customer is invited to contact us via the Contact page of the site.
After analyzing the request, and if it is deemed valid, an appropriate solution will be proposed, which may include:

Or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation
No return should be made without prior validation from us.
Products not eligible for return
The following situations do not entitle to any refund or exchange:

Change of mind after order validation
