Delivery zones

R92 products are currently delivered in the following areas:

  • France

  • Belgium

  • Switzerland

  • Luxembourg

Other areas may be added later.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner.

The estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 working days, from the confirmation of the order.

These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination, peak periods, or events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, logistical constraints, etc.).

Delivery charges

The shipping costs applied are as follows:

  • Standard delivery : 4,90 €

  • Free delivery for purchases over €99

  • Free delivery for all subscription orders, regardless of the amount

Shipping costs are clearly indicated at the time of ordering, before payment validation.

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email.

Depending on the carrier used, a tracking link may be provided to follow the shipment of the package.

Delivery issues

In case of a problem during delivery (damaged package, package not received, missing product), the customer is invited to contact us via the Contact page of the site within 48 hours after receipt of the order.

Any request must be accompanied by:

  • the order number,

  • and, if applicable, photos allowing identification of the problem.

Beyond this 48-hour period, no claims related to delivery can be taken into account.

Delivery times do not constitute a strict contractual commitment.
R92 cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
